Called for help to unclog a drain on Monday [they returned my voicemail right away] and came out a couple of days later. They kept me informed of the plumber's status/arrival via phone. Chris took a look at the issue which was a clogged bathroom sink drain before bringing in his tools. He always used indoor 'booties' when he was inside. Chris is not your average plumber, he is exceptional and very professional. A tough clog, he worked until it was completely clear, running the water for some time to demonstrate. Taggart has completed 2 jobs for our house over the last 2 weeks and has done an amazing job. We are building a laundry room in an unfinished space and needed both drainage and water that was not existing. We had 6 plumbing companies come to our house and Mike was the only one who called before he came, arrived at the time he said, reviewed the project and clearly talked through how the project could be accomplished and then sent a quote on time. Scheduling with Jamie was easy and timely. On the day, the work started Mike and Chris arrived on time. They did such a wonderful job walking us through the work and ensured not only that we were happy with the product but that we were informed about all the decisions we made. While they were here, we also had them install a booster pump as our water pressure was very low. They were able to work this into our already schedule appointment!! Who does that!! We are happy to say this has been a great addition as our upstairs showers have great water pressure.
When the job was completed, they vacuumed the space and made sure everything was put back correctly. Great communication, fabulous work and clearly a company who care about more than just doing the job. We have several other projects and will be using Taggart Plumbing as our go to from now on. I called Taggart Plumbing for a commercial job since my previous chosen plumber could not come anymore. They came out and provided an estimate and were extremely nice! I could immediately sense that they were not trying to rip me off and were trying to find the most affordable and best option. Highly recommend. Chris was great and very personable! He worked hard to snake our sewer line with multiple attachments and clear the blockage where the previous plumbing company gave up. I should have called Taggart first! Their pricing was 1/3 that of the first company and Chris stayed until the job was done. The other company gave up after 20 minutes and still charged me an arm and a leg. Taggart has my business from now on. Thanks again guys!!

Excellent experience start to finish. Responsive and efficient scheduling. Showed up on time both days and took great care of the house. Drop cloths, cleaning up after themselves, wearing masks and being mindful of family members and pets. They replaced a drain stack, bath double trap, and piping. When there were options/choices to be made, they patiently walked us through and offered suggestions based on our priorities - not what would make them more money. We're looking to have them do additional work for us right away.

Finding honest, prompt, and fairly priced plumbers can be very difficult, so I'm thrilled to have found Taggart Plumbing.
We noticed that our tub suddenly began filling with water when we used the other facilities and, having dealt with a sewer line collapse in our last house, we feared the worst. Fortunately Chris was on-site within a few hours, very professional, and able to resolve the issue efficiently and for the base/quoted cost.
Hopefully we don't have any more plumbing issues for a long time, but if we do, we'll absolutely be giving Taggart a call.

I've had two separate plumbing emergencies in the first three weeks at my new house, and both times we've gotten an incredibly fast response from Taggart. The first time, they quickly diagnosed the location of a should-have-been-hard-to-find leak. The second, they fixed up a disasterof a copper tubing situation in a tiny space under the kitchen sink. Michael and Merle rapidly responded to a fairly complex plumbing problem, recommending options and alternate solutions to provide a more cost-effective resolution to our plumbing problem. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and very reasonably priced. Their vans were impeccable, they were very well-organized while laying out the varying components needed to complete the job, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards. We had to have our hot water tank replaced and they were out the very next day and had it completed that day. They ran into a few minor problems along the way with the previous installation and how it was done but they fixed it the correctly and to code. They also took the time to point out to me a few other things that will need to be dealt with in the near future so I really appreciated that and will have them do the work very soon

It all started with a little gurgle I heard in the shower. We figured something was backed up because we had just had a ton of family staying with us during the holidays, and it was probably over used. Turns out we had a much bigger issue. Drainage pipes were clogged and retaining water, seals were bursting in between my walls, and we found that the previous owners of this house used ROLLS OF PAPER TOWELS to plug pipes.
After finding all of this we immediately called the Taggart Plumbing. The gentleman who came out was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained things in a manner that I could wrap my head around. He told us what to expect in the future, what we can do now to prevent this type of thing from happening again, and even gave us some helpful tips about heating and cooling system.
We are very pleased with the sense of urgency that he showed, his professionalism in the face of our personal crisis, and his explanation of everything he did. If we have plumbing issues in the future, or we hear that someone needs a good plummer, we're going to refer Taggart.

Called them on a Saturday evening for a clogged main drain at a rental apartment. Scheduled for a Sunday morning, showed up as scheduled, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly resolved the issue. Pricing was very reasonable for a weekend service call. We needed an emergency plumber and I found Taggart. They said they would be out between 1-3. They got their at 1:00 and looked at what needed fixed and gave us the estimate. Visca was our repairman and was awesome. He had to live to go get some parts and even asked my mom if she needed anything. We will definitely use them again and request Visca.

I am thankful to have contacted Taggart Plumbing, LLC with a nightmare of a problem. As soon as they arrived, they understood the problem and knew exactly where to start. Within minutes, they were able to push through whatever was blocking the main line and release the backed up water inside my house. Visca showed up when he said he would, was polite and informative and answered my questions. I had to have him come out on a Saturday to snake a line, and the weekend charge was a little extra, but reasonable. Also, I have a separate minor issue, but recommended I try that one myself, since it's a pretty simple repair. Honest guy! Will definitely use Taggart Plumbing again! My first choice in plumbers!!

Very timely and professional. Highly recommend Visca and Mike. My sister and I were very lucky to find two good plumbers on short notice. Visca did the initial service call and and explained in detail the issues with our leaking toilet . We agreed a new one was need to replace our very old one and amazingly he was able to arrange his schedule to return within the hour that same day! The guys were pleasant. Had to get gas water heater replaced. They have us cost and could install same day. Thought cost based on search of average cost was a little high but by this time had already been without hot water for couple days. They went and got a heater, came back and replaced it. Very thorough inspection before bidding on the job. Crew was knowledgeable and courteous. The guy who did the initial inspection and bid was the same guy who showed up and did the job, so nothing was lost between a sales man and the laborers; I didn't feel like I was being up charged by a middle man.
This was a big dig (sewer line repair 12-15' down and main tap replacement) and very messy. The crew was working hard and was sensitive to keeping the work area clean as possible under the conditions. They also were respectful of my lawn plantings, even going to far as to help me dig them out so I could try to replant them later. Very cool. Also respectful of my neighbors, street parking, etc.
They did what they said, for the prices they said, and they came in extra time on Saturday to finish cleaning up and do soil grading and lawn replacement - even after the County Inspector signed off and the guys had final payment. That's integrity. Oh and did I mention? They're downright good plumbers.
