I have worked with Taggart on several occasions since becoming a homeowner of a 100+ year old home, and I am impressed every time. They have had availability that is so convenient, and the work they do is minimally invasive, professional, but most importantly, efficient.
This most recent go, I had a leak in old copper piping that had flooded out the ceiling in the floor below it. I did the old duct tape patch job to mitigate the spread, then immediately called Taggart (it was late afternoon). They had availability early the next day, and I was provided extremely useful information, suggested outcomes, current and future state suggestions, to boot. The work took maybe 2 hours, and the original leak, plus a leak I originally didn't know about were replaced cleanly, with PEX.
While I hope I don't need to call them too often, I'm always impressed when I do. Thank you, team!

The service was excellent. Mike went above just snake the drain. He showed me some other issues that need to be addressed. A couple of quick fixes that I could take care of with little expense. These were never addressed with the two previous plumbers. He even found a bigger issue with my sump pump that I will have Taggart fix. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Had an issue with the tub faucet not reaching the same heat as a the sink faucet right next to it. Kenny was professional and pleasant to deal with. He explained the issue was with the mixer and resolved it. He also took photos and mentioned that they can come back if it happens again and remove the mixer if we so desire. I hope I don't need to call them again, but in case I have a plumbing issue they will be high on my list of who to call.

This is the 2nd time we've used Taggart, and they are definitely our first choice for plumbing needs. I called Taggart Plumbing to come check the water pressure in my house prior to the installation of a water filtration system. Mike was courteous and professional and ended up fixing two other things while he was there. I appreciated that he wore shoe coverings whenever he was entering the house and did this without needing me to ask. Replumbing a 100-year-old house proved to be no picnic, but these guys were top notch. They provided us an itemized list of the work they were planning on doing and gave us options of which items we wanted to have done.

Called for help to unclog a drain on Monday [they returned my voicemail right away] and came out a couple of days later. They kept me informed of the plumber's status/arrival via phone. Chris took a look at the issue which was a clogged bathroom sink drain before bringing in his tools. He always used indoor 'booties' when he was inside. Taggart has completed 2 jobs for our house over the last 2 weeks and has done an amazing job. We are building a laundry room in an unfinished space and needed both drainage and water that was not existing. We had 6 plumbing companies come to our house and Mike was the only one who called before he came, arrived at the time he said, reviewed the project and clearly talked through how the project could be accomplished and then sent a quote on time. Scheduling with Jamie was easy and timely. On the day, the work started Mike and Chris arrived on time. They did such a wonderful job walking us through the work and ensured not only that we were happy with the product but that we were informed about all the decisions we made. While they were here, we also had them install a booster pump as our water pressure was very low. They were able to work this into our already schedule appointment!! Who does that!! We are happy to say this has been a great addition as our upstairs showers have great water pressure.
When the job was completed, they vacuumed the space and made sure everything was put back correctly. Great communication, fabulous work and clearly a company who care about more than just doing the job. We have several other projects and will be using Taggart Plumbing as our go to from now on. Finding honest, prompt, and fairly priced plumbers can be very difficult, so I'm thrilled to have found Taggart Plumbing.
We noticed that our tub suddenly began filling with water when we used the other facilities and, having dealt with a sewer line collapse in our last house, we feared the worst. It all started with a little gurgle I heard in the shower. We figured something was backed up because we had just had a ton of family staying with us during the holidays, and it was probably over used. Turns out we had a much bigger issue. Drainage pipes were clogged and retaining water, seals were bursting in between my walls, and we found that the previous owners of this house used ROLLS OF PAPER TOWELS to plug pipes.
After finding all of this we immediately called the Taggart Plumbing. The gentleman who came out was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained things in a manner that I could wrap my head around. He told us what to expect in the future, what we can do now to prevent this type of thing from happening again, and even gave us some helpful tips about heating and cooling system.
We are very pleased with the sense of urgency that he showed, his professionalism in the face of our personal crisis, and his explanation of everything he did. If we have plumbing issues in the future, or we hear that someone needs a good plummer, we're going to refer Taggart.

Called them on a Saturday evening for a clogged main drain at a rental apartment. Scheduled for a Sunday morning, showed up as scheduled, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly resolved the issue. Pricing was very reasonable for a weekend service call. We needed an emergency plumber and I found Taggart. They said they would be out between 1-3. They got their at 1:00 and looked at what needed fixed and gave us the estimate. Visca was our repairman and was awesome. He had to live to go get some parts and even asked my mom if she needed anything. We will definitely use them again and request Visca.

I am thankful to have contacted Taggart Plumbing, LLC with a nightmare of a problem. As soon as they arrived, they understood the problem and knew exactly where to start. Within minutes, they were able to push through whatever was blocking the main line and release the backed up water inside my house. Visca showed up when he said he would, was polite and informative and answered my questions. I had to have him come out on a Saturday to snake a line, and the weekend charge was a little extra, but reasonable. Also, I have a separate minor issue, but recommended I try that one myself, since it's a pretty simple repair. Honest guy! Will definitely use Taggart Plumbing again! My first choice in plumbers!!

I needed a washer and dryer installed in a very small space without an existing external vent. It was a very complicated installation, but the team from Taggart arrived the next day and were able to make everything fit and work as intended. Very timely and professional. Highly recommend Visca and Mike. My sister and I were very lucky to find two good plumbers on short notice. Visca did the initial service call and and explained in detail the issues with our leaking toilet . We agreed a new one was need to replace our very old one and amazingly he was able to arrange his schedule to return within the hour that same day! The guys were pleasant. Had to get gas water heater replaced. They have us cost and could install same day. Thought cost based on search of average cost was a little high but by this time had already been without hot water for couple days. They went and got a heater, came back and replaced it. Very thorough inspection before bidding on the job. Crew was knowledgeable and courteous. The guy who did the initial inspection and bid was the same guy who showed up and did the job, so nothing was lost between a sales man and the laborers; I didn't feel like I was being up charged by a middle man.
This was a big dig (sewer line repair 12-15' down and main tap replacement) and very messy. The crew was working hard and was sensitive to keeping the work area clean as possible under the conditions. They also were respectful of my lawn plantings, even going to far as to help me dig them out so I could try to replant them later. Very cool. Also respectful of my neighbors, street parking, etc.
They did what they said, for the prices they said, and they came in extra time on Saturday to finish cleaning up and do soil grading and lawn replacement - even after the County Inspector signed off and the guys had final payment. That's integrity. Oh and did I mention? They're downright good plumbers.
